About the Role

A theological seminary in Vancouver is seeking a Worship Leader to guide a multi-generational congregation in worship.

Responsibilities include planning worship services, developing a worship team, and coordinating volunteers. Ideal

candidates should have musical abilities—preferably in guitar or piano—and a humble, relational approach to service.

This role may evolve into an Associate Pastor position, offering increased responsibilities and compensation as
