About the Role

SMT Machine Operator Paradigm is seeking an SMT Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and

troubleshooting SMT production equipment to ensure the efficient assembly of electronic circuit boards. This role

requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Type: 6 month

contract-to-hire Location: On-site, Vancouver, WA Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and sick leave As

a SMT Machine Operator you will: Obtain and maintain IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications. Meet production

requirements, including reading, understanding, and navigating Fusion documentation, passing the Component
