About the Role
Individuals interested in applying as a sub driver must first contact the Transportation Supervisor/Assistant Operations
Supervisor. We train for CDL - Takes approximately six weeks. Training: $16.66 minimum wage during "classroom time". Sub
Rate: $27.65 including driver training up to and as a CDL holder, and route training. Qualifications: A valid motor
vehicle operator's license with class B or higher Commercial Driver Endorsement (CDL) with passenger and air brake
endorsement. Ability to perform duties with students on bus. Ability to work independently with little or no
supervision. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to successfully complete a Washington
