collection, cleaning windows, blowing sidewalks, removing bird waste, removing graffiti, occasional parking payment

management, and any basic cleaning duties). Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality Courteous and friendly

Able to communicate effectively Able to stand for long periods of time Able to drive a golf cart and have a valid DL
