About the Role

Painter/Maintenance Technician Crossbeam Investments, LLP , a local property management company, is searching for a

Painter/Maintenance Technician for Washington Park, a 435-unit apartment complex located in the Kent area .  The

Painter/Maintenance Technician will be responsible for painting units on turns, work orders and general maintenance of

the property. The position reports to the maintenance supervisor or property manager. The ideal candidate will possess

basic maintenance skills as well as the ability to communicate with residents and vendors.   This is a part-time

position, at approximately 15 hours per week.  The ideal schedule would be 9am – 12pm Monday – Friday, but there is
