Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician supports the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the property's

buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. This role is

responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and amenities, as
