Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Community: Auburn Court Number of Units: As a leader in the multifamily housing industry, we're passionate about

creating exceptional apartment living. The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing daily maintenance

tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role involves responding to basic service

requests, assisting in apartment make-readies, maintaining the exterior of the property, and ensuring clean and

acceptable curb appeal at all times. The Maintenance Technician I will also be responsible for trash removal, light

cleaning, and maintaining the property's flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. This position requires effective
