About the Role

Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including work

orders, unit turns, maintaining the grounds, curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more

properties to assist preserving the asset and to provide a quality living environment for the residents. This position

reports to the Community Manager, General Operations Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Perform routine and preventive

maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Repair and maintain interior and

exterior features of the property, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, and fixtures. Respond to maintenance
