Job Type Full-time Description Are you a Maintenance Tech with experience at luxury or historical mid-rise properties
looking to take your next step? We are looking for a maintenance technician who thrives working independently. This tech
will oversee approximately 90 residential units and a commercial component. Benefits/The Good Stuff Wage: $30 - $35 per
hour, DOE. Eligible for bonuses Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (must be available for afterhours calls)
Hours per week: 40 100% Employer Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision for Employees Short- and Long-Term Disability Life
