About the Role

Swing Shift Machine Operators Autonomy Staffing is hiring swing shift machine operators to join a well-established

manufacturing client in the steel wire industry. This is a full-time opportunity with a stable, growth-oriented company

offering strong pay progression and long-term career potential. Shift hours: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM or 3:00 PM 11:00 PM,

Monday through Friday (with overtime opportunities) Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to manufacture

steel wire products Load raw materials and unload finished product Perform routine quality checks throughout your shift

to ensure product meets specifications Make minor adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain production flow
