Burgess Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Deck Builder to join our growing team. We specialize in
high-quality custom decks, patio covers, railings, and outdoor living spaces throughout Snohomish and North King County.
Our projects are designed to last, and our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing things the
right way. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can confidently lead a team in the field, solve
problems as they arise, and help maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect. What You'll Do * Build
custom composite decks * Read plans and execute projects accurately * Lead and mentor crew members on the jobsite *
