About the Role
Grand Central Bakery Janitorial Position Grand Central Bakery is seeking a mechanical and detail-oriented janitor to
join our facilities team. Our team members work both independently and as a team to keep our equipment in top condition
by daily deep cleans and preventative maintenance. This position assists in keeping our facility and grounds clean,
sanitary and in compliance with all applicable health and sanitation codes to support the production of great artisan
bread and delicious caf food. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, independent and have a
mechanical work history. They will have high performance standards, strong customer orientation and team mentality, and
