About the Role
Baker Level I The Baker Level I is responsible for performing entry level baking duties for the casino's food and
beverage kitchen department while providing superior guest service by preparing desserts and baked goods for guest
consumption. Duties include following recipes and instructions accurately while preparing baked goods, performs routine
clean up while ensuring work area is clean, organized and functional. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the
department manager. Starting wage is $21.50 and increases to $22.68 upon successful completion of 90-day orientation
period. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required One year culinary training (preferred) Experience &
