About the Role

Prep Cook Assists in food preparation of main and side dishes during shift as assigned Undertake basic cooking duties,

such as preparing ingredients and simple dishes Assists with food storage, food holding, and wrapping as needed Helps

put away food orders as requested Sees that kitchen and food storage areas are clean and neat Helps our Camp Packout

staff (Grubstake) in preparing food orders as assigned Ensures that all applicable laws and standards are observed

Guides occasional teen leaders/volunteers in a learning experience related to kitchen operations As requested, helps

maintain inventories of food on hand or in storage Perform other duties as assigned General Counselor Supervises a group
