About the Role

HVAC Dispatcher We are a fast-growing residential Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC company looking for a full-time,

experienced Dispatcher. SeaTown Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air leads the Puget Sound market in customer service and

quality work. This position is full-time onsite at our location in Mukilteo. Interacts with customers via telephone,

email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. Manages large amounts of

incoming phone calls from customers and technicians Collects and enters customer information Fields customer questions

and complaints; Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns. Maintains
