About the Role

Position Summary: This role will focus on inspecting, repairing, and perfecting the wood skeleton of new homes. You will

fix framing issues after the main crew finishes. Your work ensures the home is straight, safe, and ready for inspectors,

drywallers, and tradespeople. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: FIX WOOD FRAMING - Straighten bowed studs and fix

unlevel walls. Repair structural flaws in floors, walls, and roofs ADJUST OPENINGS - Verify window and door rough

openings match blueprints. Fix sizes so elements fit perfectly later. ADD BLOCKING - Install wood blocking for kitchen

cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and drywall edges. PASS INSPECTIONS - Review the framing punch list. Fix missing nails,
