About the Role
Facility Access & Day Porter Assistant Location: Bellevue, WA & Everett, WA Type: Contract Compensation: $37.00 - $74.00
per hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite Responsibilities Manage the flow of the front desk, greet guests, assist
visitors, and ensure adherence to Facility Access and Security Procedures. Assist with facility-related tasks including
requests from staff via service desk portal, JIRA, and general administrative duties. Coordinate meeting logistics for
conference rooms, including scheduling, catering, setup, and cleanup. Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff and
direct guests or vendors to designated areas within the facilities. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of
