About the Role
PRODUCTION LEAD
The Operations Lead responsibilities and experience spans across several manufacturing departments to include potting
and bonding, electrical, assembly and finish work. Their focus is in teaching, guiding, and assisting lower level
technicians in their day-to-day work objectives. Planning, assisting and directing work; providing input and assistance
in the appraisal of employee performance; addressing and resolving technical work issues. They lead by example in their
daily communications and actions, being positive, influential, collaborative, and safety conscious.
