Dispatcher Our client in the facilities services industry is looking for a Dispatcher to add to their team in Federal

Way, WA. This role serves as a key operational partner and right hand to the Service Manager, supporting daily

scheduling, route execution, customer communication, and service delivery performance. You will play a critical role in

ensuring efficient routing, timely service delivery, and a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting overall

operational effectiveness. This position will own the day-to-day scheduling and route coordination process, while

partnering closely with the Service Manager on operational decisions, escalated customer concerns, and service quality
