About the Role
Northwest Ambulance Dispatcher What we expect from you: Assessing caller information and formulating an action plan.
Scheduling and dispatching medical transports and field crews to appropriate locations. Evaluating call information to
determine the suitable units and level of care/response. Effectively conveying information to field crews in a
fast-paced environment. Utilizing telephones, TAC radios, computers, pagers, and text messaging to transmit information.
Communicating with supervisors, field crews, customers, and other dispatchers to address issues, service requests, and
payments. Receiving and documenting relevant information from emergency and non-emergency calls. Assigning priority to
