Driver/patient Transportation Coordinator

About the Role

Description $3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for

payment. The Transportation Coordinator picks up and delivers geriatric, frail and/or physically limited PACE

participants to and from their destinations in regular or specially equipped vehicles, depending upon the individual

geriatric participants needs. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep
