About the Role
Bakery Position This position is responsible, under supervision, for the quality, timeliness, amount and selection of
all products prepared in the bakery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Calculate, measure and mix ingredients
according to company recipes to form dough or batter, using electric mixer or beats and stirs ingredients by hand. Shape
and cut dough for doughnuts. Responsible for the safe use of bakery equipment. Practice food safety policies and
procedures at all times. Follow daily production sheets and keeps record of doughnuts made. Operate the fryer, including
monitoring the temperature, draining, filtering and cleaning the equipment. Prepare icings and decorates doughnuts. Sort
