Aircraft Mechanic I (Sheetmetal/Structures UH-60/AH-64/CH-47 MWO-TDY) JBLM, WA The Aircraft Mechanic I
(Sheetmetal/Structures UH-60/AH-64/CH-47 - MWO TDY) Repairs and replaces aircraft structural components to include
stingers, longerons, bulkheads, beams and aircraft skin according to drawings, blueprints, directives, technical manuals
and safety procedures. Repairs, fabricates, modifies and installs structural parts, forming blocks, and shapes metal
using stretching, shrinking, and other metal forming techniques. Mixes and applies fiberglass materials. Balances
rotary-wing aircraft blades. Makes emergency and permanent repairs to transparent plastic windows and enclosures. carry
